Originally envisioned in 2010, as a faster, safer way to evacuate injured British soldiers from NATO operations in Helmand province in Afghanistan and relieve pressure on the then strained British Army Chinook helicopter fleet.
Technological advances have now enabled that original vision to become an affordable reality. Be it evacuating injured soldiers, civilian rescue or logistical support, Razor's innovative heavy-lift UAV - "Sprinter", currently in flight testing, is a dedicated Medivac platform, born specifically to get in and out of tight spaces; fast, and ultimately solve the logistical "Last 10K Problem".
